On 7 March 2026, the Berry Half / 10K / 5K invites runners to experience Berry College’s 27,000-acre campus, with a race morning that includes a USATF-certified half marathon, 10K, 5K and a Kids Fun Run. The half marathon and 10K start together in front of the Ford Buildings and follow scenic campus roads out toward the mountain campus, passing spots like Frost Chapel, the Old Mill, Berry College Elementary & Middle School, WinShape dairy barns and Possum Trot Road. Underfoot, the course is predominantly paved, with a short stretch of hard-packed dirt around mile 6–7 and a brief gravel section around mile 8–9, giving a gentle touch of trail while remaining very runnable. A four-hour time limit keeps the half accessible to both runners and brisk walkers, and all half finishers earn a medal, while 10K and 5K participants receive race shirts and post-race refreshments. With deer often spotted along the route and strong school and community support, it’s one of North Georgia’s most scenic and welcoming spring races.
