The Cowichan Autumn Classic 2025, themed “Run Now, Wine Later,” invites participants to enjoy a scenic run through the picturesque Cowichan Valley on Sunday, 19 October 2025. Starting and finishing at Glenora Hall, the event features multiple race options: a 5 km run at 9:30 AM, a 10 km run at 10:00 AM, a Combo (5 km + 10 km) for those seeking an extra challenge, and a 1.2 km Kids’ Dash at 10:30 AM. The courses traverse the tranquil Glenora area, including sections of the Trans Canada Trail and the Zanatta Estate Winery, Vancouver Island’s first estate winery. Participants are encouraged to don their favourite costumes, adding to the festive atmosphere that marks the beginning of the Halloween season.
