Guam Ko'ko' Road Race

Tumon, Guam

Be the first Runna to sign up!

On the weekend of 11–12 April 2026, the Guam Ko’ko’ Road Race returns to Tumon and Ypao Beach Park in Guam with a full slate of running events. The signature event is the Half Marathon, which follows an out-and-back course from Tumon through Marine Corps Drive to Asan village and back. Alongside it, a four-person 5 K Ekiden relay covers similar roads for teams of runners. On the Saturday prior, children ages 4–12 can join in the Kids’ Fun Run with distances of 0.6 km, 1.6 km or 3.3 km. The race weekend is held in strong partnership with the Guam Visitors Bureau and the Guam Running Club to raise awareness of the critically endangered Ko’ko’ (Guam rail) bird, making each stride both a personal challenge and a contribution to local conservation. With coastal views, tropical island atmosphere and community support, it’s a distinctive destination race.
