Over the weekend of 7-8 February 2026, runners can choose to run one or both halves: the Langstone Harbour Half on Saturday starts from Hayling Island (Ferryboat Inn) and includes an optional ferry crossing, then follows trails and paths around Langstone Harbour, finishing at Eastney Point. On Sunday the Portsmouth Coastal Half starts outside the D-Day Story Museum in Southsea and runs a coastal mixed-terrain route along the east side of Portsea Island. Each race has chip timing, aid stations, fully marked routes, and finisher medals. For those doing both halves, there is a bonus “Double Trouble” medal. The two-day format makes it a coastal winter challenge with sea air, scenic views, and variable terrain (road, path, trail) plus community-oriented atmosphere.
