Rasus y Bannau is a challenging series of three long-distance mountain running races that take place in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park in Wales. Starting and finishing in the town of Brecon, the event provides competitors with a choice of three distinct and demanding courses. The race distances include a Marathon (approximately 43km) with over 2,000 meters of ascent, a 72.5km Ultra Trail with more than 3,500 meters of ascent, and a 100km race with over 5,100 meters of ascent.
