Rattler Trail Races

Colorado Springs, Colorado

7 Runnas

On 18 April 2026, the Rattler Trail Races bring runners to the rugged single-track and sandstone bluffs of Palmer Park in Colorado Springs. Participants may choose the 5K, 10K, 25K or the 50K (two loops of the 25K), all traversing bluffs, city vistas and the terrain beneath Pikes Peak. Though located in a city park, the technical trails and rock features provide a true trail-running challenge, with aid stations, a reusable-cup policy, and chip timing for all distances. With a start time of 7:00 AM for the longer races and later for the shorter distances, this event offers a fun yet serious trail experience within reach of the city. Runners finish back near the start area in Palmer Park and enjoy post-race goodies, all in a compact and structured trail-festival format.
