The Spartan World Championship – Abu Dhabi returns to the awe-inspiring Al Wathba Desert from November 20–23, 2025, bringing together the world’s top obstacle course racers and passionate amateurs for a multi-day celebration of endurance and grit. This prestigious event offers a variety of race formats, including the flagship 21 km Beast (30 obstacles), the 10 km Super (25 obstacles), the fast-paced 5 km Sprint (20 obstacles), the high-intensity 3 km Elite Team Relay, and Kids’ Races ranging from 1 to 3 km. Athletes from across the globe compete in both Open and Championship heats, with qualification required for elite divisions. The desert course delivers a dramatic blend of dunes, heat, and rugged terrain, testing every level of skill and stamina.
