The Cookie Dash Run is a unique, small-group race designed for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. With capped wave starts at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM CDT, participants can enjoy a stress-free experience without the pressure of chip timing; optional self-tracking is available. Each registrant receives a swag bag including a running t-shirt, finisher’s medal, towel or giveaway, digital training pack, and an invitation to join local running clubs. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available, allowing participants to complete the race at their convenience and submit results online. Proceeds support charitable initiatives, with $1 donated for every mile logged post-race.
