Join the Maverick X Series South Downs 2025 on Saturday, 28 June, for an exhilarating trail running experience through the picturesque landscapes of Hampshire and Sussex. Starting at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, runners can choose from four distances: 9 km (Short), 21.5 km (Middle), 42 km (Long), and 51 km (Ultra). The courses feature a mix of rolling chalky downs, woodlands, and ridgeways, with the Long and Ultra routes incorporating a 15 km stretch along the iconic South Downs Way. The Ultra route further challenges participants with sections through Harting Downs and West Dean Woods. With well-marked trails, aid stations, and a vibrant event village, this race promises a memorable experience for both novice and seasoned trail runners.  
Taking place on Saturday, 28 June 2025, the Ultra route covers 51 km with an elevation gain of approximately 1,294 meters. Starting and finishing at Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Horndean, UK, this challenging course traverses the South Downs Way, including sections through Harting Downs and West Dean Woods. The event is organized by Maverick Race.

Runners will experience a 15 km stretch along the undulating chalky trails of the South Downs Way, starting and ending at Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Horndean, UK. The Middle distance race, occurring on Saturday, 28 June 2025, covers 21.5 km with an elevation gain of approximately 479 meters.
