Tobermory Trail Race Weekend 2025 will be held on September 13–14, showcasing rugged trails and breathtaking Georgian Bay views along Ontario’s Bruce Peninsula. On Saturday, runners can choose from a 42 km trail marathon, 21 km half marathon, or a 7 km trail loop, with all courses traversing rocky coastal sections of the Bruce Trail, cliffs, and forest paths between Tobermory and Cyprus Lake. On Sunday, the popular 5 km Flowerpot Island race takes participants on a ferry ride to the island, where they run a looped trail course followed by a community breakfast. Organized by Run The Edge in partnership with Tobermory Primary Place Child Care Centre, the race weekend emphasizes environmental respect (cupless aid stations), safety, and community fundraising. It’s a uniquely Canadian trail race experience blending endurance, nature, and local charm.
