Over the weekend of 12–13 September 2026, the Tierparklauf invites runners into the grounds of Tierpark Berlin for a unique zoo-run experience. Distances include a 10 km road loop (two laps of a 5 km circuit), a 5 km run/walk, a 6 km trail run through the park’s Himalayan exhibit, and children’s runs (700 m, 1,200 m). With courses passing animal enclosures (flamingos, monkeys, etc.) and shady woodland paths, racers enjoy a scenic and family-friendly atmosphere. The event offers fully marked routes, kilometer signage, chip timing, finisher medals, on-site amenities, and the perk of free Tierpark entry for runners and one accompanying person in kid races.
