On October 19, 2025, the 13th Annual WFPS Run will return to the Canadian Mennonite University North Campus in Winnipeg, uniting over 4,000 runners, walkers, and volunteers for a day of fitness and community impact. Participants can choose from a half marathon, 10K, 5K, or the 1 km Teeny Trot, which is open to children aged 10 and under. Since its inception in 2012, the event has raised more than $500,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation while growing into one of Manitoba’s most beloved road races. All courses are certified by Athletics Canada, fully supported with aid stations, and designed to be inclusive—welcoming strollers and wheelchair participants. Combining professional organization with a festival-like vibe, it offers both a rewarding race experience and a meaningful way to give back to the community.
