Be the first Runna to sign up!

Held in the lush Cairncross State Forest, the Elephant Trail Race is one of Australia’s most inclusive and demanding multi-distance trail events. It includes solo ultra-endurance challenges like the 217 km and 100-mile (160 km) races, as well as more accessible options such as 100 km, 50 km, 25 km, 13 km, 5 km, and a 2.5 km kids' race. The 100 km and 75 km stage races allow multi-day participation, and all races follow a looped course with over 1,400 m elevation gain per 25 km lap. Runners earn ITRA points for qualifying distances, and each race is supported by aid stations, safety teams, and passionate volunteers. The event combines athletic challenge with community spirit and cultural appreciation of the traditional Birpai lands.
