St. Louis Track Club 2025-2026 Frostbite Series
Saint Louis, Missouri
Be the first Runna to sign up!
Across five winter Saturdays, the St. Louis Track Club Frostbite Series turns Forest Park into a cold-weather playground for both new and experienced runners. Races all start near the Forest Park Visitors Center, with each date offering a paired short/long event: 3K / 12K (Dec 13), 2-mile / 10-mile (Dec 27), 5K / 20K (Jan 10), 4-mile / half marathon 13.1 miles (Jan 24), and 3-mile / 15K (Feb 7). Participants can commit to the short series (3K, 2-mile, 5K, 4-mile, 3-mile) or the long series (12K, 10-mile, 20K, half marathon, 15K), or just drop in for one or two favorite distances. The courses are mainly on paved park loops and roads, broadly flat with a few gentle rollers, making them ideal for winter base-building, tempo efforts or just keeping fitness ticking over when it’s cold. A low-key club vibe, series swag (shirt and medal), and the option to earn points across all five races give the series its loyal local following and make it a classic way to stay motivated through the Midwest winter.
