Over 11–13 September 2026, the Golden Ultra returns as a three-day stage race (Full Pint or Half Pint) or as single-day events (60 km, 30 km, 16 km, 11 km) through Golden’s legendary trails. The courses traverse mountain singletrack, dirt and gravel paths, alpine ridgelines, river valleys, and sections with significant elevation change. Stage 1 (Blood & Climb) is a steep vertical ascent, Stage 2 (Sweat & Conquer) is the longest ultra leg (≈ 59 km for Full, 30 km for Half), and Stage 3 (Tears / Cruise) offers a more moderate distance to finish. Race logistics include aid stations, drop bags (for select stages), nightly meals for stage racers, official timing, and podium awards. The event draws trail runners seeking both a competitive mountain challenge and an immersive multi-day experience.
