The OUTsurance Gun Run 2025, taking place over the weekend of September 13–14, is one of Cape Town’s most iconic mass participation races. Organized by the Atlantic Athletic Club, it features a 21.1km half marathon, a 17km trail run through Van Riebeeck Park, a 10km run/walk, a 5km fun run, and a 5km pet walk, offering something for everyone. Races start in Green Point and Oranjezicht and all finish at the festive Green Point Common, where live entertainment, food stalls, and kids’ activities await.
