Returning September 12–13, 2025, the Running Festival Csíkszereda is a two-day celebration of running and community in the heart of Székelyföld, Romania. Day one begins with a festive Night Trail Run (7 km) under the lights, followed by a weekend lineup including Marathon, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon, 10 km “Next Level”, 5 km “YOUcanDOIT”, 3 km KiddoRun, and a 2.5 km Family Run. The routes wind through historical streets, past landmarks like the Márton Áron High School, and out into scenic villages and Carpathian foothills, offering both asphalt and trail terrain. The event draws hundreds of local and international runners, supported by live music, a pasta party, and an inclusive festival atmosphere designed to ensure every finisher crosses the line with a smile.
