On Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2025, the Sea Rim Striders’ Annual Turkey Trot returns to downtown Beaumont, Texas at 700 Crockett St. The event features Kids K (and a special needs Kids K), 5 K, 10 K and adaptive athlete divisions, making it accessible to many ages and abilities. The certified USATF courses (#TX18079LAB for the 5K, #TX18080LAB for the 10K) wind through the heart of Beaumont. All finishers receive medals, chip timing is used for the 5K/10K, and there’s a festive after-race food and drink station. The event is the signature fundraiser of the all-volunteer nonprofit Sea Rim Striders Run Club and supports local charities.
