Returning for its 11th edition from August 29–31, 2025, Something Wild Festival transforms a scenic farm field overlooking Hope Cove into a vibrant, multi-day running festival. The event features oceanfront experiences and coastal trail races, with options including a 5 km run, 10 km, half marathon (13.1 mi), marathon (26.2 mi), and the challenging Summit Wild Ultra (≈50 km)—all tracing some of the most beautiful sections of the South West Coast Path and the Avon and Salcombe estuaries. Race weekends include swim‑runs, a sea swim, kids’ races, guided sunset runs, forest school for children, yoga and movement sessions, and live music by the firepit. The festival site includes camping, parking, compost toilets, warm showers, a café and bar, and locally sourced food. Organized by Wild Running Events, this experience blends serious trail running with family fun, wellness, local culture, and outdoor celebration.
