Held mid-October at picturesque Veteranās Park, just south of Birmingham, The Endless Mile 2025 offers ultra runners a chance to test themselves over fixed durations of 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours, as well as complete a Marathon (27 laps) or 50K (31 laps) alongside longer-time participants. The USATF-certified loop of precisely 1.00203 miles ensures accurate distance tracking, while runners reverse direction every six hours and navigate a flat, lighted, asphalt circuit. The event uses real-time electronic chip timing displayed live, with indoor restrooms, aid stations, and optional tent rentals for multi-day runners. Solo participants who breach 100 miles will earn a commemorative buckle, and relay teams are welcome to participate. This unique endurance festival provides a memorable, community-driven experience for ultra aficionados and first-time multi-day racers alike.
