Starting at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, runners can choose from four distances: 9 km (Short), 21.5 km (Middle), 42 km (Long), and 51 km (Ultra). The courses feature a mix of rolling chalky downs, woodlands, and ridgeways, with the Long and Ultra routes incorporating a 15 km stretch along the iconic South Downs Way. The Ultra route further challenges participants with sections through Harting Downs and West Dean Woods.
