Entering its 16th edition, the Trail des Fantômes transforms the Ardennes into a trail runner’s playground during the weekend of August 9–10, 2025. With routes ranging from a beginner-friendly 10 km to a challenging 73 km ultra featuring over 2,700 m of elevation gain, the event caters to all skill levels. The courses traverse rugged woodland, rocky terrain, and stream crossings, offering immersive natural beauty and technical challenge. Runners start and finish at the Nisramont Dam, enjoying full race support, on-course refreshments, and an eco-conscious setup with reusable cups. The festival atmosphere includes food trucks and an event village, making it both a competitive and community-focused experience.
