From 28 February to 1 March 2026, the 5th Annual War Eagle Run Fest will welcome runners to Auburn University’s iconic campus at Jordan–Hare Stadium. The event features a 5K on Saturday morning, followed by the Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on Sunday, and a Kids’ Mile for children aged 1–12. Both distances begin outside the stadium, loop through the campus and surrounding neighborhoods, and conclude with a unique finish on the 50-yard line inside Jordan–Hare Stadium. After the race, participants are invited to a post-race tailgate party featuring food, music and community celebration. With race-cation options, lodging support, and a mission to bring the Auburn community together, this race weekend blends sport, school spirit and fun.
