Runners begin on the lawns of PGE Narodowy and pass through key city neighborhoods like Saska Kępa, Gocław, and Wał Miedzeszyński, with energetic cheering zones and a backdrop of city lights. The race also includes a 5K Praska Run with a separate start time. Both courses are certified and part of the World Athletics Road Race Label series.
