Now in its sixteenth year, the Arla Protein York 10K has established itself as one of Yorkshire’s most beloved city runs, attracting thousands of participants on August 3, 2025. The course—fast, flat, and certified—guides runners along Knavesmire Road, through historic city walls, past Clifford’s Tower and York Minster before returning to the racecourse start/finish. The atmosphere is electric, with live pacers, enthusiastic crowds, and large event village hosting hydration, music, and sponsor activations by Arla Protein. All finishers receive chip timing, medals, goody bags, and optional finisher tee upgrades.
