The 2025 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend is a premier running event taking place on October 4–5, 2025, offering a range of races to suit various fitness levels and interests. Participants can choose from the marathon (42.195 km), TC 10 Mile, TC Half Marathon for More, TC 10K, TC 5K, and a selection of family events such as the Diaper Dash, Toddler Trot, Half Mile, and Family Mile. The marathon course starts near U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and winds through picturesque neighborhoods, around urban lakes, and along the Mississippi River, culminating at the Minnesota State Capitol in Saint Paul. The event also features the TC Loony Challenge and TC Ultra Loony Challenge, where ambitious runners tackle multiple races over the weekend.
