The marathon route extends through historic sites such as Hampton Court Palace, Ham House, and along the Thames Towpath, providing a flat and fast course ideal for personal bests and qualifying times for major marathons. All finishers receive a technical T-shirt, a distinctive triangular medal, and access to the post-race music festival. Additionally, runners can bring up to four spectators into Kew Gardens for free before 9:00 am on race day.
