Taking place over September 13–14, 2025, the Round Norfolk Relay is one of the UK’s most iconic continuous team relay races, covering nearly 200 miles in 17 stages that trace the historical boundary of Norfolk. The event is organized by Round Norfolk Relay, and begins at Lynnsport in King’s Lynn, proceeding through coastlines, rural villages, fens, and market towns—including Hunstanton, Cromer, Thetford, and back to King’s Lynn. Each team consists of 17 runners, with each athlete running one stage between 5 and 20 miles. The race is continuous, with overnight stages requiring support from team vehicles or cyclists. With classes for Open, Club, Mixed, Masters, and Ladies, the relay imposes checkpoint and pace requirements (average minimum pace: 8:40/mile). Entry is limited to 60 teams, with registration open April 1–18 and team entry set at £275. Known for its logistical complexity, camaraderie, and historic appeal, the Round Norfolk Relay is a uniquely challenging celebration of endurance and teamwork.
