Celebrating another year of Hudson Valley racing tradition, the 2025 Dutchess County Classic returns with a two-day format on September 27–28, hosted by the Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club. Saturday’s events include the family-friendly 1K Kids Fun Run and 5K, starting from Robinson Lane in Wappingers Falls. On Sunday, the certified 10K and Half Marathon races take runners through one of the most picturesque routes in the region, along the Dutchess Rail Trail and across the iconic Walkway Over the Hudson. All courses are flat, fast, and fully supported, with professional chip timing, aid stations, and custom finisher medals. The Classic remains a staple of the regional running calendar—ideal for personal bests, first-timers, and families alike.
