The main 42.195 km marathon, held on Saturday, features a stunning yet demanding course from Burgh-Haamstede to Zoutelande, covering sand dunes, beaches, forest paths, and the iconic Oosterscheldekering sea barrier. Additional events include a Friday Light Kustrun, Saturday MTB tour and Ladiesrun, and Sunday Trailrun and Wandelmarathon, creating a vibrant multi-day festival of endurance. Runners face unpredictable weather, coastal winds, and changing surfaces, making it a serious test of strength and spirit.
