Lake Hodges Trail Festival 2025 returns on October 18–19 at the scenic Lake Hodges trail system in Escondido/San Diego, featuring fast and varied off‑road terrain. Saturday’s schedule includes the signature 50 km ultra, 25 km, 15 km, Bernardo 10 km Challenge (with ~1,000 ft climbing to Bernardo Mountain summit), 5 km, Stroller Trail 5 km, and a 1-mile Kids’ Fun Run for ages 10 and under. On Sunday, participants can join the Off‑Road Challenge: a Run (10 km) → Bike (22 km) → Run (5 km) format raced solo or as a team. The festival is cupless, eco‑minded, and includes high‑quality race shirts, handcrafted wooden medals, aid stations, on‑site food and music, and community camaraderie in the Elevated Camp finish‑line zone. Every distance is open to all ages (with youth rates available) and concludes within a 3:30 PM course closure time.
