On 13 March 2026, the Park Stampede Relay brings together friends, neighbours, colleagues and running groups for a fun, community-focused evening relay on Adelaide’s “Uni Loop.” Teams of four take turn: each member completes a 5 km leg (two laps of the 2.5 km loop), then passes the virtual baton to the next runner. The course is fully paved, flat and traffic-free, looping through park paths and residential areas, making it accessible for seasoned runners, joggers and walkers alike. Multiple team categories — including social (friends & family), corporate, fitness/gym, and run-group — plus mixed-gender or single-gender options ensure wide inclusivity. With chip timing, drink stations, a relaxed pace-limit, and a post-race BBQ and social vibe, the relay emphasises camaraderie and fun over fierce competition.
