Scheduled for August 22, 2026, the GT10 brings together up to 2,000 runners for a single-loop trail run through the peaceful woodland of Derwent Walk Country Park, guided by wide, hard-packed trails with just a few mild inclines. The creative route includes a double‑loop section for mid-race encouragement and camaraderie between runners. Organized by Kandoo Events, the race features chip timing, a custom bottle‑opener medal, free professional finish-line photos, on-site gourmet food stalls, coffee and music at the Start‑Finish Village, full medical support, qualifying prizes, and free on-site parking. Entry tiers range from £27 (early bird) to £32 (late entry). The focus is on creating a lively, social atmosphere with a fast course that accommodates first‑timers and experienced runners alike.
