272 Runnas

On Saturday–Sunday, April 25–26, 2026, the St. Jude Rock ’n’ Roll Running Series Nashville turns Music City into a two-day running and music festival, with a Health & Fitness Expo at the Music City Center setting the tone. The weekend’s race menu includes a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, 1 Mile, KiDS ROCK event and a Doggie Dash, giving everyone from first-timers and families to seasoned road runners a way to join the party. Courses wind through downtown and out into neighborhoods like Broadway, The Gulch, Music Row, 12 South and Germantown, all on fully paved roads and bridges with gentle but noticeable Nashville rollers rather than big climbs. Along the way, runners are treated to live bands, cheer squads and big-city crowds, before finishing by Nissan Stadium with skyline views and a lively post-race celebration in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
